1. If you signed up through the App Store, Google Play or Amazon, cancelling on Marley Spoon's own site does nothing

This is the single most common reason people keep getting charged after they thought they cancelled. When a third party does the billing, only that third party can stop it — cancel in your iPhone/iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions, in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions, or in Amazon under Memberships & Subscriptions. 2. You usually keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for
